Can't find USB driver for my device....

I have a TwEECer, this device lets me hook my cars computer up to my laptop. I am trying to data log, which lets me see what the computer is seeing. I have been having troublew with it and the values that it show are incorrect.

What I have tried is removing all of the TwEECer software and reloading. Everything went fine until I tried to uninstall "TwEECer USB Drivers" in the control panel, it said it was not found. I believe this is why my TwEECer in not communicating with my laptop correctly. I have hooked it up to my desktop and I was able to remove the "TwEECer USB Driver". Does anyone know where I can find this to delete it off of my control panel?

Check the manufacture's website of "TwEECer"...Maybe they'll have somthing there.

Thanks, but I posted over there too and still have not heard anything. Hoping someone here might be able to lead me in the right direction. I think I am just going to reformat the computer, its been acting strange anyway.
