User/Admin accounts
I have Windows 2000 with Internet Explorer 6. My daughter keeps coming across porn pop-ups. I have created a user account especially for her and for me. The problem is IE explorer is at present will only connect on the admin account and not on either of the users account. Does anyone know what's wrong?

Also, is there a way to restrict the open of programs in general when a user is logged on?
