Key-logger detection

Hello, do you know if most popular spyware removers can remove keyloggers?
I have no idea if I have one, but I am paranoid and I am afraid someone might have installed it on my pc. So scared after I found out how it works.

There is a tug-O-war battle between keystroke loggers and anti logger software. Software anti-loggers can only detect software loggers, so that only offers some protection. Hardware loggers and physically placed between the keyboard and the computer, some are obvious if seen, others mimic real keyboard cord parts, worse yet, you can get keylogger keyboards. The best protection I would reccommend is having your computing area physically secure. What type of setting are you in that you are worried about keystrokeloggers?
