File Download Prompt for Network ASP File

I'm running Windows Server 2003 on my development machine and every time I go to open an ASP file on a network machine, such as on one of our webservers, Windows prompts me with a File Download box.

The prompt is the same as if I was downloading a file off the internet. It gives me the warning "Some files can harm your computer...... etc." The only real difference is that the 'Save' button is grayed out leaving only 'Open' & 'Cancel' buttons.

The other developer here also is running Server 2003 and he does not get this prompt when trying to access the same file.

Any idea where the option to turn this off might be?
Thanks
~HC
