Volume License for XP Pro
Our school bought a license for 7 XP Pro installations from Software House International which has a special agreement for schools in my state.
But, all they sent us was an invoice showing that we purchased 7 licenses. There are no activation keys or anything like that. I called MS Activation and recited the long number to the robotic operator, but was told it wasn't valid. If I use the Internet method of activating, it requests a product key, which we don't have. Has anyone dealt with this issue? Does anyone know a phone number for MS that lets you talk to an actual person? |

After the robotic operator rejects your number, you should have an option to speak to an operator (for me it's "press 1").
