windows boot screen problem

when i turn my computer on, it brings up a screen that asks me which operating system i want to load with. 1) windows xp (boot screen) 2)windows xp. this only happened after i started tampering with changing the boot screens. i used a program called StyleXP. but i removed it and now i keep getting that message. what can i do?

Boot up with your winXP CD and run a repair. Go to the console and type fixboot, hit enter and then type fixmbr and hit enter. That should take care of it.
