If you're not networked, uninstall Client for MS NW
Other wise, delete the passwords. Search for .pwl files and delete. Reboot and press "Enter" at the log on prompt. Shouldnt come up after that.

Are you possibly refering to the network setting for windows login rather than the "client for microsoft networking"? This in start , settings, control panel, network.

If I read you right, go to Network Connections in Control Panel. Change the Client for MS Networks to Windows Logon. Click apply and reboot. It will no longer ask you for a network password on boot up.
