Question After folder redirection, quick launch app dont' work well

After configuring Folder Redirection on the domain server for my domain users group policy, shortcuts on my quick launch isn't working like it used to before folder redirection. Everytime when I click on the quick launch application icon, I get this popup window:

Some files can harm your computer. If the file information below looks suspicious, or you do not fully trust the source, do not open or save this file.

This window have an Open, Cancel, and More Info butons active and Save button grayed out. If I click Open, the application will be launched. The check box "Always asked before opening this type of file" is checked and grayed out.

Is there a way to disabled this window? When I click on the application icon on my quick launch, I want the application to automatically launch. I don't want the window popup asking me first then click on the Open button and then launch the application. I dont' want this second step. Any suggestion on how to disable this window popup will be greatly appreciated.

Question

Okay, I found out what the solution is. I found the solution on this site. Anyway, I have to include the server and folder that contains all my quick launch links in the Internet Explorer Local Intranet security zone. The problem now is, how do I edit the group policy to automatically include this so I don't have to manually add this to every profile?
