blue font lettering

In certain menus, (program files, my documents, and misc files) Some of my program's lettering are in blue and some in black! Any idea why this is??

Yes, they are files that have been either encrypted or compressed (NTFS compression) by your operating system. If it annoys you, you may turn off the coloring by openning Windows Explorer and going to TOOLS > FOLDER OPTIONS > VIEW tab > ADVANCED SETTINGS (scroll to the bottom) and uncheck Show encrypted or compressed NTFS files in color
