windows shutdown and reboots in a continuous loop
I'm not able to get the program to stay on long enough to run in safe mode or run the anti virus program. Which key should I be hitting to get the option to run in safe mode? Maybe I'm not even doing that right.

if it is sasser i would suggest this..install SP4. then install microsofts update 835732 found in bulletin 04-011 on their website. then download the stinger program and or some form of anti virus software and see if that helps
