Cannot Delete a Movie
I downloaded this movie thing, but it doesn't work. I want to delete it, but I can't. Everytime, it says it's in use by another program. I tried going to DOS using a start up disk, but DOS cannot find my other hard drive. I have a C:\ and an F:\. In DOS my F:\ become the C:\ and the real C:\ isn't there.

DOS won't be able to see the C:\ drive if it's an NTFS partition, which i'm guessing it is.
you can try booting into safe mode (keep tapping F8 while it's booting) and deleting the file from there. |

Just curious, was that an avi movie?
There is a fix to allow you to delete stubborn avi files. |
