Cannot Delete a Movie

I downloaded this movie thing, but it doesn't work. I want to delete it, but I can't. Everytime, it says it's in use by another program. I tried going to DOS using a start up disk, but DOS cannot find my other hard drive. I have a C:\ and an F:\. In DOS my F:\ become the C:\ and the real C:\ isn't there.

DOS won't be able to see the C:\ drive if it's an NTFS partition, which i'm guessing it is.
you can try booting into safe mode (keep tapping F8 while it's booting) and deleting the file from there.

Just curious, was that an avi movie?
There is a fix to allow you to delete stubborn avi files.
