language bar question
i have a language bar on the desktop (not in the taskbar) but whenever screensaver goes on, and i wake the computer up the lang. bar always disappears untill i click on the start menu start a program, etc,
is this normal? (i hope it is) |

I hate the lang bar and turn it off. But it does sound like a reasonable thing for it to be doing.
