No more connections can be made to this remote computer

Can anyone explain why I get the following error when I log in from my windows xp client computer to my Windows 2003 domain server? This error is shown in the client computer event log.

I purchased 40 CALS and when I installed this domain server, I entered in 30 per device. How do I resolve this problem?

Any help is much appreciated!

Question

Thank you very much for your response. I got it figured out. It's the number of shares. I put in a too low a number of connections.
