Win NT Question
Is there any setting in Win NT 4.0 so I can set so the user will not be able to download programs from the internet such as weatherbug & etc??? Thanks

Not unless you route them through a proxy server or appliance with a web filter on it. I use Squid and Dansguardian at work to keep out .exe's and Active-X.
