It should be C:\WINDOWS\Offline Web Pages

Thanks for the reply. I just checked and I don't have a folder there and I'm using XP home. Could it be anywhere else and what type of content should be stored there?

Not that I know of. It might be the case that it was never used before on your computer.

When they talk of offline content do they mean when you use the "syncronize" feature with IE?

if you delete offline content then all of the web pages that you have stored on your local Hard Drive will be deleted.
IExplorer stores these pages and then they load faster the next time. if you use the view refresh on the menu then changes made to the site since it was saved will be refreshed. |

Not quite. That's the Temporary Internet Files folder.
The Offline Content is for storing webpages so that you can view them while not online. It's mainly just useful for users on dialup. |
