Should I be concerned with errors in the Event Viewer if my system is running fine?

Is it even worth worrying about some of those errors you see in the Event Viewer if your system is running fine, I understand they can be used to troubleshoot problems if you are having them, but if you are having none should they be paid attention to? For example one error I seem to be getting whenever I open the control panel, go to add/remove programs and then go to add new programs is Event ID: 7023 “The Application Management service terminated with the following error: The specified module could not be found.” This page has some info on it http://support.microsoft.com/default...;Q328213?SD=EE It seems that Microsoft has recognized this “problem”. Should I even pay attention to it/worry about it? I don’t even use “add new programs” but today I clicked on it and later noticed quite a few errors in the event log and figured out that clicking on it resulted in the errors. And would anyone mind seeing if they get the same error when they go into “add new programs”? Thanks.

If you don't use it, and everything else seems to be running just fine, then I would say don't worry about it.
