Folder Password?
Is There A Way That I Can Put A Password On A Folder So That It Can't Be Opened Without It?

The only way I know to do this is to zip the folder, and then password protect it after it is zipped. I think I asked this question a while ago, and tha tis what I was told to do. Maybe someone knows how to password protect a normal folder.

Umm... I would just hide it is you are just trying to keep a folder "unusable." That being if it's just personal documents that you want to keep personal. I know I do that. Just as an extra protection for some documents I dont need people reading. And no, they aren't any of those files
As long as no one is looking for it that should keep what you want secret enough.

Also, if these are just Word Documents or something, they can be password protected from within the program.
