Unhappy need help on building pc!! fdisk partition

Newbie here so take it easy please,
I 'm building my own pc 2-512mb corsair ddr400 pc3200
intel-d865 i865 p4 800fsb, gigabit lan ddratx w/audio-video
intel- p4 processor prescott 3ghz 800 mhz fsb socket 478 1mb cache
western digital caviar wd200jb 200gb ultra ata/100 7200rpm hd w/8mb buffer
pioneer dvd recordable/rewriteable atapi drive
my question is this @ fdisk how to partition the drives what % on each if any
my operating system is gonna be windows xp pro.
whats the best way to formatt drives!

How to partition and format a hard disk in Windows XP

Basically, after you have your computer put together and gotten your first POST beep, you go into BIOS and set the first boot device to the CD-ROM. Put the WinXP Pro CD in the drive and Save and Exit the BIOS. The computer will reboot to the WinXP Pro CD and the installer will take over. Follow the on-screen instructions.

For the OS partition, I wouldn't go smaller than 10GB...in fact, you might want to go about 20GB if you plan to install your programs on that partition too. You can make your other partitions whatever size you want.
