Try loosing up your security level and that option should become available.

Try switching the top bullet.

My security is set the same as John's. The only thing that I can think of is that Outlook Express is not set as the default mail handler. In IE, go to tools, internet options, programs, and then make sure Outlook Express is set as the default email program. That is how mine is set up and mine is not grayed out as yours is.

What Service Packs do you have installed? Sirvice pack 2 I keep it updated.

Well I found the problem it was my tweaker and I had forgoten that I checked it. Sorry guys but thanks a lot for trying.
