What are all these folders

Opened up in the registry the following HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Microsoft>Windows>Current Verson>Internet Settings>P3P then click on the history and all these folders appear with what seems to be web address with folders next to them. What are they for and what happens if you delet them? It funny because some have xxx rated address and I don't visit them at all. Hope this pic shows what I;m talking about.

They are apparently per-domain cookie settings. A value of 5 means all cookies are rejected, so you are rejecting cookies from all those porn sites.

Go to Tools...Internet Options, then the Privacy tab, then click on "Edit" at the bottom under Web Sites. That's where the list is made accessible and you can change things on it.
