When I install XP Pro on my new comp, I get this message:
![]() This happened the first time I installed XP Pro and I did not see any problems and it was stable. What does this mean?? |

I get another warning after I hit yes and it says the same thing only it mentions the Silicon Image RAID controller... I had to install the SiI drivers before I installed XP.

Kinda makes sense to me, but what the heck does the logo have to do with anything?

I'm pretty sure that means that the software in question has not passed official M$ certification that it works with XP (that's what the Windows Logo testing program thing means). It may work, it may not, it may cause problems, who knows? All it is saying is that there are no guarantees of anything.
