extended desktop option missing
omnibook 6000 winxp pro
trying to extend desktop to external monitor external monitor only duplicate laptop display there is no option to chose extended in display properties any ideas? |

no help
The drivers are correct that I have windows XP equipped with them.
My display properties shows that my system is running with multiple monitors but still allows no option to extend desktop. I am showing 3 defaut monitors in device manager even after a complete reinstall of xp with the external monitor attached any further ideas ? PS:  the guys at HP help were useless !
