I havn't had any problems at all, except for one program, but it just needed an update.

I'm running good. I liked the RC2 so much, I decided to Slipstream the real deal. I'm running it on a fresh install.

So far, its working well for me. Microsoft did warn of Program incompatibilities, and they say they'll try to get that straighted out.

I have installed it on 5 differant systems so far with all kinds of differant software and the onl problem that I have seen was not really a problem at all as it fixed itselt, it was with msn instant messenger, and it did its own repaire its self.
so far it has been running great and I like it

Well I'm fine with my 64bit.
It could be problems with the motherboards or chipsets.
Also, I have a microsoft router. That might help. LOL
Yeah, I forgot one thing. 64bit windows is no good with sp2.
