Question Boot up Ini. Error

When this xp pro system boot up there is a passing error:
"Invalid boot ini file" Then under that:
"Booting from C:\windows\" Then the system continues loading windows.

When I installed xp somehow my hard drive ended up being drive F: [and a partion, G: ] C: drive on this computer is my zip drive.

The system seems to running fine. Is this causing a problem that I am not seeing?

Can I change the boot sequence in the bios? I don't understand the bios in xp. If I interupt the boot sequence with F8, I get a menu not like previous bios. What heading do I sellect to change the boot sequence? Will this help the above problem. Thanks Guys
