Unhappy Winme Startup

hello guys

I have this little problem, when i start the system, before entering desktop, windows ask for username and password which is to me very annoying, i try removing it thru user account at control panel, still windows keep asking for 'user', how can i remove it so windows goes straight to desktop?

thank u in advance
