sp2 preinstallation tasks
is there anything i should do b4 i install sp2

Do a data backup, just in case something goes wrong. A Virus scan just to make sure the system is clean wouldn't hurt either.
That's about it. Go ahead and install SP2. And also don't forget to slipstream, so that you don't have to install SP2 again if you reinstall windows. RJ
