splat Kernel.dll problem

Hello Guys

This puter cannot load windows... error message ' loading script "c:\windows\system\kernel.dll" failed. It seem that some sort of malicious script in the system, i remove NAV 2002 and after reboot this error message come up...

please help...

See if you can get it up into safe mode and do a system restore.

the best solution is to format your drive and install XP

That maybe the best solution, but this problem might be solved if he can boot into safe mode and do a system restore like GLC said. Format is the last resourt when everything else fails.

I will try to system restore it thru safe mode... i believe the file mentioned is totally gone...
