hi all,
is any body know what kind of (CIDAEMON.EXE) file this is?? is it a virus?

I believe that process is used for indexing your hard drive to make searches faster, do use suspect it is a virus because it is using excessive amounts of RAM? I think it has been known to do that, I have indexing disabled anyway because I have heard that it can degrade performance and slow things down, plus I rarely use the search function.
