just a question about windows xp installation

when i am installing windows xp i never get the screen in the attachment, after the GUI installation it just makes an account called administrator (its not a normal account its the administrator account that never shows on the welcome screen if u have another account) and i have to make a new account and log off the administrator and the administrator account will disappear and the new account will appear
