Question Desktop bitmap and taskbar changes of own accord
For some inexplicable reason my WindowsXP desktop (bitmap & taskbar) changes of it's own accord. It reverts back to the previous bitmap and is always accompanied by a "wiz" sound. This is a petty annoyance but still I would like to fix it if possible. My system is virus and adware free.

Any suggestions would be appreciated and thanks!
