Windows XP Pro lockup then reboot

Hi all,

I just upgraded to Windows XP Pro SP1 from win2k (clean install though). Everything went smooth, but I'm having one little problem. Sometimes when the network connection is active the system will freeze and reboot on its own. This seems to happen pretty sporatically and for no rhyme or reason. I'm using an Asus P4P800 motherboard with onboard gigabit LAN (3Com 3C940 chip). I have three network connections listed, two 1394's and the LAN connection. All are active. Could the 1394's have anything to do with my problems? I upgraded the network driver last night to the latest version and so far so good. Just throwing this one out to see if anyone else has had similar problems. I never had problems with Windows 2000 SP4 so I find this a wee bit strange. Thanks in advance for any help and/or advice.
