Removing WinXP Pro/WinXP Pro Dual Boot

My computer has two versions of Windows XP Professional Installed. One of them is English and one of the is Chinese (Simplified). How do I remove the English version from the dual boot? It doesn't work with networking, and there's no help file or default theme (streamed install). By the way they don't seem to be recongnized as dual boots by windows, only when they're booting up. I don't know which line in the boot.ini to delete also. Here it is anyways:
Line 1: [boot loader]
Line 2: timeout=15
Line 3: default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
Line 4: [operating systems]
Line 5: multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect
