I can't See Anything!

My computer was locking up, but I had to leave so I left it sit. I restarted it later with my driver disk for another computer. It started throwing up a bunch of errors, so I figured I shoudl just turn it off, take out the disk and turn it back on. When I did that, the monitor stays black. The green light blinks, but I don't see anything. If I unplug the monitor from the video card, the light goes to solid green and it says "No Signal". I tried a different video card and monitor and nothing, but the amber light.

AMD Athlon 1600
PC Chips M848XP Motherboard
512 Crucial DDR 2100 Ram
ATI video card
WD 10 Gig HD

This really isn't a problem. Most newer monitors do that when they are unplugged. Or, in the case that there's a problem with the connection while plugged into the video card.

I suspect the motherboard. PCChips boards are widely know for high DOA and failure rates. Try taking out a the RAM and booting. If you get beeps, the board should be ok. If not, you may have to buy a new one.

Why PSU do you have in there?

Without the RAM, it just starts like it usually does, no beeps.
