Question Microsoft Called Tonight and guess what?

I had a call from Microsoft tonight and the woman more or less wanted to know if my system was up and running because they had an unresolved case from me it is approx. 1 week old now.
She more or less told me SP2 was the cause because it was downloaded from the web site and loaded into my system while I already had either Norton or McAffee antivirus software.
Well SP2 was downloaded into my system with McAffee already installed. She tole me not to let SP2 download and to get the CD offered from Microsoft. I have XP running again after 5 days of getting the RAID 1 setup back in and properly formatted.
She also said you may try downloading SP2 if you don't have any other software loaded.
I think MS Sucks for letting this software out to the public without checking the heck out of it.

I just thought I would share this with you all.

Thanks
Steve

First time I have heard of MS calling anyone like that. Anyhow, I'm ignoring SP2 until I get my next Dell. By that time it will come with SP2 and SP2 will be slipstreamed on th OS CD I receive.
