downloaded sp 2 this morning looks like ms has got a good thing here, just a few minutes ago i ran easy cleaner, wheweee, 58 files from my c:drive listed ,saved them and went ahead an deleted them , everything seems to be OK but it took a year off my life
any one else have this after dl sp2? SAM |

Sorry, I don't quite understand your post. Did SP2 do something naughty ? If so, what ? And what is "easy cleaner" ?

easy cleaner is a registry cleaner,and a decent one at that.I run it once a week with all my other clean up programs.

NO sp2 went great ,started at 0900/finished at 1015 hrs, it was really a snap, i guess when sp2 istalled ,it replaced these 58 files in my regestry, easy cleaner picked them up as not needed . every sat morning i run easy cleaner, spybot s&D and adaware, clear all my temp folders of files&cookies, seems to keep the box purring
