Renaming Files
Is there an easy way to rename about 100 files in a folder so they are all in numerical order from 1-100? They don't need to be in any particular order I just want the names to start at 1 and end at 100. Is there an easy way to do this other than renaming each one by hand?

There sure is an easier way. Most photo organizers, like Jasc's Photo Album, have a batch file rename function built in, as do many photo editors. If you don't have something like that, then there are free utilities that can do it, and can be found at places like PC World or TuDogs, like "Rename4U" that I found at TuDogs.

Or just select 'em all, hit F2, write a name, and then Windows will rename them all using that name, followed by a number.

Well thanks for the tips. I remember that next time.
I already did it by hand. It didn't take too long. A photo editor wouldn't work because they aren' picture files. I tried it.
