Talking Should I upgrade laptop from Win95 to Win98SE?

Hello!
Well I got a great deal on a complete Toshiba Satellite 305CDS laptop. Currently it's fully functional w/ Win95.
It came with some old business programs still loaded, so I want to reformat the HDD to clean it up & make room.
I was wondering if there were any known problems updating this to Win98SE. Processor is I think a 166mhz, 32mb ram, 2 gig HDD. I'm just going to use it to check e-mails & occasional web surfing. Can't do much more with it.

(anyone hear of any sort of BIOS related problems when loading 98SE?)

Thanks!

If that is all you are going to do with I would not bother. I had WIN98FE on a PC with 40mb RAM with 2G's of HD space and it was very slow. With just 32mb you are going to be doing a lot of page file swapping and the HD in that thing is at best 5400RPM, more likely 3800.

It will work fine with 98SE. Just don't expect speed and remember that 98SE will take up more space than 95.
