Language bar wont turn off!!!
This is really starting to tick me off. About 2 days ago i went to the taskbar properties and i accidentally clicked on language toolbar and checked it to turn it on. I went back and turned it off and it closes, but every single time i start windows it comes back on. Its making me mad becuase i have it unchecked. Help me before i destroy my PC, or kill myself.
