Serious prob when XP Starts!!!! HELP!!

ok so heres the deal, im in safe mode now...and everything is fine. however when i try and load into normal windows XP pro. SP2....nothing loads, and i cant start any programs!!! i did a adware scan and deleted all taht....did a software scan and deleted one trojan...however i cant delete this one called "rmoch260.dll" anyone ever heard of it or how to get rid of it???? does this have anything to do with my startup difficulties????

CRAP!!!

on a good note i got a new DVI 17 inch flat panel yesterday lol
