2 svchost.exe processes

When I enter task manager on my W2K machine, I notice that I have *two* svchost.exe programs running. One of the "twins" always uses around 4,200 KB of memory, while the other always uses around 10,200 KB of memory. Is this normal? I express concern since I have never noticed two svchost.exe programs running simultaneously before.
