System Configuration Pop-up ME to XP
Hey everyone
I have a weird issue I have never seen. I recently did an upgrade from ME to XP. As far as I could tell most everthing went as smooth as I migration like that could. I do have one rather odd error though. Whenever I boot up the System Configuration Utility pops up at the start-up. I went in disabled all startup checked everyting out and rebooted. Then the same thing happened the Configuration Utility popped up, not the window that says Do not show this message again, but the utility itself. I have tried as much as I know with the utility settings but nothing seems to work, it doesnt boot in safe mode but that is the only place.
Has anyone encountered this before, or does anyone have any suggestions. I am also running Service Pack 2.
