No quicklaunch, fav. moved, etc...

I believe this problem is associated with TweakUI for windows.

I have no control over my taskbar...I can't even get a right click menu on it. Also, my quicklaunch bar has disappeared.

My favorites folder moved from c:\documents and settings\... to c:\winnt\favorites\

the last 2 tabs on Tools --> Folder Options in a folder disappeared, but seem to be back now (dunno why)

I have scanned for viruses and adware multiple times (they are up to date)

I have uninstalled TweakUI and removed all registry keys left behind.

No idea what's going on...any help would be great.
