Tiny Icons

Ok guys, need some help asap.

A buddy of mine has an older P3 800(?) computer with windows 98 and 128 megs of ram. For some reason when he loads boots up, all his icons are mini, I mean so small you cant even see them. What is going on? All of this seemed to happen after I ran AdAware SE PE on his machine. What happened?

Cheers,
~swampdonkey
