fqpissed Windows XP Start-up & Internet Explorer

I Have a little problem. When I start-up my computer, my web browser opens and tries to go to a specific web site. I have blocked the site because I think it is infected. Please help in getting this out of my start-up. I know there must be a way to remove this from my start-up. I tried in msconfig but it is not listed. I ran my adware and anti0virus software, and did not find any viruses, but I can't seem to locate where this is set. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Try running spybot and adaware.

Next, in IE, go to tools > internet options. You should be able to change the home page there.

Check Startup in your programs menu. Things in here do not necessarily show up in msconfig. Right click, delete.
