Help Please?

I have just changed my raid settings on my server. So i realise the OS needs to be reloaded.
The problem is that when i strart the reload it doesnt find the scsi hard drives.
Do they need reformatting?
If so how do i do this for scsi drives, not realy sure of the proceedure.
So any help would be appricated.

The drives need to be synched in the RAID BIOS first.

that worked thanks, BUT

I have now fixed this problem but just leads to another.
I managed to load my XP OS and everthing was workiing fine, Then when i added my promises pci raid card so i could add my ide hard drives as extra hard disk space it caused problems.
The problem is it says missing the NTRL (or something like that)
IS this because the hard drives have coming before the scsi in the boot sequence? Any direction would be appricated.
Can scsi and IDE conexsist with each other?
Cheers

The main system bios has to be set to boot from SCSI first.
