I am getting an error that my bios does not recognize my cd roms. And i am getting a blue screen with :

STOP: c000021a Fatal System error
The windows logon process system terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000080(0x00000000 0x0000000). The system has been shut down.
What can I do?
