What folder is this?
C:\Documents and Settings\MysT-VearN\Local Settings\Temp
I see files that I have deleted, files that I have browse through the internet. Assuming the temp there, safe to delete all rite?

Yep. It is always safe to delete temp files if all applications are closed.
