How can I tell if unattended computer rebooted?
How can I tell if unattended computer has rebooted?
I want to see if this machine has solved its problem with reboots. It used to reboot when extracting Kaspersky antivirus definition files or when playing mp3's with winamp or doing nothing. Changed PS and reinstalled Win2k seems stable when I am using it. Now goes 12+ hrs w/o reboot. I can tell when the last boot was using Aida32 or SisoftSandra. Both of those can tell how long Windows has been running. But if a reboot occurred when unattended, I would not know since I am not the one who turns the machine on in the AM. System: Athlon 1200, Volcano5 fan with dust removed, Via KT133A mobo, 512 Sdram checks ok with memtest86, 300 watt Sparkle Power Supply, Case with sides open. Win2K. SP4. Kaspersky AV 3.5. Thanks.
