The cheapest you will be able to find (legitimately) is an OEM version. Newegg has it for $87 currently.

I saw a copy today in a used bookstore for $70. Unfortunately I wasn't in Ann Arbor.

For $17 difference I don't know that I would mess around with a used copy that may or may not activate.
