cant open any files in admin tools folder
None of the shortcuts in admin tools folder will open. I found this out when trying access Services. This all started when I was unable to open Norton System Works....that program will not open. contacted Symantec and they made a couple of suggestions, the last being going to control panel/admin.tools/services and checking that the log file (? I think thats what they said, I've got it all saved) was started. All well and good getting into admin tools folder but nothing in there will open except forData Scources.
Any ideas on how to correct this? I'm thinking that I may have to format the hard drive as a last resort, help me avoid that if possible.
